Ingredients

Smoothie Base

  • 2 fresh Queen Garnet plums, stones removed
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ¾ cup coconut yoghurt
  • 1 serve (1 sachet) PurQ Gut Care
  • ¼ cup almond milk (adjust for thickness)

To Serve

  • 2–3 tbsp coconut yoghurt (for swirling)
  • 1 fresh Queen Garnet plum, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp crushed macadamias
  • Optional: coconut flakes

Method

  1. Add Queen Garnet plums, banana, coconut yoghurt, PurQ Gut Care and almond milk to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and thick. The mixture should be spoonable rather than runny.
    Pour into a shallow bowl.
  3. Add spoonfuls of extra coconut yoghurt on top and gently swirl through with the tip of a spoon to create a marbled effect.
  4. Arrange fresh plum slices in a fan pattern.
  5. Sprinkle with crushed macadamias and optional coconut flakes.
  6. Serve immediately.
