Ingredients
Smoothie Base
- 2 fresh Queen Garnet plums, stones removed
- 1 ripe banana
- ¾ cup coconut yoghurt
- 1 serve (1 sachet) PurQ Gut Care
- ¼ cup almond milk (adjust for thickness)
To Serve
- 2–3 tbsp coconut yoghurt (for swirling)
- 1 fresh Queen Garnet plum, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp crushed macadamias
- Optional: coconut flakes
Method
- Add Queen Garnet plums, banana, coconut yoghurt, PurQ Gut Care and almond milk to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and thick. The mixture should be spoonable rather than runny.
Pour into a shallow bowl. - Add spoonfuls of extra coconut yoghurt on top and gently swirl through with the tip of a spoon to create a marbled effect.
- Arrange fresh plum slices in a fan pattern.
- Sprinkle with crushed macadamias and optional coconut flakes.
- Serve immediately.
