Overview
At PurQ, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely and efficient manner. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outline the shipping options, costs, and delivery timeframes to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Domestic (Australia)
- Orders over $120 AUD qualify for free Australia Post shipping to Metro areas. Any other areas outside of these will be charged the applicable Australia Post rates governed by the postcode rate.
- We do our best to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). If for any reason your order is delayed, we’ll be sure to let you know.
- Tracking details will be provided via email.
- Express Options: Next day options available within Australia—selection, fees, and ETA displayed at checkout.
International
- Shipping to overseas venues is not currently available and will be reviewed during 2027.
Shipping Delays
- During peak seasons or global disruptions, dispatch times may extend.
- We will notify you of any expected delays.
Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your package. Please note that tracking links may take up to 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.
Our carriers will attempt to deliver your package according to their standard procedures. If you are not available to receive the package, please follow the instructions provided by the carrier for rescheduling or pickup.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery. Delivery to remote locations may take longer than the standard delivery times.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to modify your order (e.g., shipping address, item quantity), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@purq.com.au
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled.
