Welcome to the PurQ family. We’re excited to be part of your wellness journey.
Our subscription program is designed to make consistency simple. Your favourite PurQ products are delivered automatically, with exclusive pricing, guaranteed stock and flexible delivery options.
Joining the program
When you subscribe, you’re choosing convenience and value. To access these benefits, we ask that you stay subscribed for a minimum of two billing cycles (for example, two monthly shipments). After that, you have complete control.
By subscribing, you agree to our standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Pricing
Your subscription price stays locked for the duration of your subscription period.
If market costs change, we may adjust pricing. We’ll always notify you at least 14 days before your next order.
If you prefer not to continue, you can cancel your plan after the first two months.
Two-month minimum commitment
To provide exclusive pricing, we require a minimum of two consecutive orders.
If you cancel before your second order ships, the discount from your first order will be charged back to your payment method.
Payments
Payments are processed automatically on your regular billing date.
If a payment fails, we’ll pause your subscription and contact you to update your details.
Updating your details
Please keep your account information up to date.
If you move or need to change your order, update your details at least three business days before your next shipment.
Changes made after this time may not apply before your next delivery.
Managing your subscription
After your initial two-month commitment, you have full flexibility.
You can skip a shipment, pause your subscription or change your delivery frequency.
Just make any changes at least three business days before your next billing date.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel any time after your two-month commitment.
Log in to your account and visit Manage Subscription.
Submit your request at least three business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Returns and refunds
Subscription orders follow our standard Refund and Return Policy, just like any other purchase.
Promo codes
Subscribers already receive our best pricing, so most one-time promotional codes or flash sales won’t apply unless stated otherwise.

As PurQ continues to grow, we may update these terms.
