Overview

These terms govern the use of PurQ’s website and services. By visiting or ordering, you accept these terms. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Refunds Policy, and Subscription Terms.

Terms of Use 

Use is limited to individuals 18+ or with legal guardian supervision. You must provide accurate details and have legal capacity to purchase. Other important conditions to note:

  • The Site content is owned by PurQ; cannot be reproduced without prior written consent.
  • PurQ reserves the right to modify site or services at any time.
  •  To the fullest extent permitted by law, PurQ disclaims liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the Site or products.

We may modify this policy occasionally. The current version is always available on our website and continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance.

Accounts

If you register, you must keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

Product Listings & Pricing

We strive for accuracy in descriptions and prices but don’t guarantee error-free listings. However, errors may occur, and PurQ reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order is submitted).

PurQ reserves the right to correct errors or amend pricing despite prior order submission. Availability may change without notice. 

All transactions are subject to final confirmation and acceptance by PurQ.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy and are only binding once confirmed by PurQ via email.
PurQ may accept or decline orders at our discretion—for instance, due to stock or compliance—and reserves the right to cancel orders if necessary. 

Payment

All prices are in AUD and include GST (if applicable). Payments are processed at checkout via approved gateways (e.g. Stripe, Afterpay). You confirm you have funds and payment authority.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that sufficient funds are available.

Shipping

We ship within Australia at present. Processing is generally 1–3 business days; transit times vary by method and destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Risk passes to you once the order leaves our premises.

Marketing & Promotions

By subscribing to PurQ’s newsletter, you agree to receive promotional materials. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Promotional codes and offers apply per order; only one code accepted per purchase (excluding subscription bundles).

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis based on the frequency nominated on the original subscription order.

Price changes require 14 days’ notice, and you can cancel any time after the first 3 orders and before the next billing. Cancellations can be submitted online but will only apply after the next order

Mobile Messaging (SMS)

Should this be adopted as a marketing tool and by opting in, you agree to receive recurring messages (even if on “Do Not Call” lists). Message/data rates may apply. You will be able to opt out by replying STOP when the message is sent.

Privacy Policy

Our full privacy policy is noted on the website. By way of summary, we collect data you provide (name, address, email, payment) for orders, support, marketing, SMS, and legal compliance. These are only share with relevant Third parties such as couriers, payment processors, and marketing services only.

Your data is stored securely; you can request access, correction, or deletion anytime.

  • Data Retention: We keep personal data while you’re a registered customer. Deletion requests will activate a 30-day review; order history may be anonymized for legal and tax purposes.

Policy updates will be published and notified via email where appropriate.

We use cookies and similar tracking tools. You may disable cookies via browser settings.

  • Cookies are used to improve site functionality and personalize your experience.
  • They track site use, enable shopping cart functionality, and tailor offers.

There are 3 main types of Cookies used including:

  • Analytics: Site performance, browsing

In the event of a data incident, affected users and regulators will be informed within 72 hours in line with GDPR and Australian privacy law.

Employee access to customer data is strictly limited and regularly audited.

In case of a data breach, we’ll notify regulators and affected users promptly.
