Plum Swirl Popsicles

Recipe Overview

A refreshing, no-added-sugar frozen treat made with Greek yoghurt, maple syrup, and PurQ Plum Nectar. Perfect for warmer days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain thick Greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 cup frozen plums, cored and sliced
  • 100 ml PurQ Plum Nectar (available from 2026)

Method

  1. In a bowl, whisk together yoghurt, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  2. In a blender, combine 3 tbsp of the yoghurt mixture, frozen plums, and PurQ Plum Nectar. Blend until smooth.
  3. Layer alternate spoonfuls of the yoghurt and plum mixtures into 6 popsicle moulds, tapping gently on the bench to remove air bubbles.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4–5 hours, or until firm.
  5. Remove from moulds and enjoy.

Why it works

The creaminess of yoghurt balances the rich fruit flavour of PurQ Plum Nectar, while maple syrup adds natural sweetness. A simple, refreshing recipe the whole family can enjoy.

Tip

For variety, swap Greek yoghurt for coconut yoghurt to make a dairy-free version.
