Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almonds
- ¼ cup tahini (or nut butter of choice)
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 10–12 Medjool dates
- 1–2 tbsp water (if needed)
- 30 g PurQ 100% Plum Powder
Method
- Place almonds, tahini, cacao powder, and dates in a food processor. Blend until the mixture begins to hold together, adding water if needed for a soft, slightly sticky texture.
- Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls.
- Coat each ball by rolling in PurQ 100% Plum Powder.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
