Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • ¼ cup tahini (or nut butter of choice)
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 10–12 Medjool dates
  • 1–2 tbsp water (if needed)
  • 30 g PurQ 100% Plum Powder

Method

  1. Place almonds, tahini, cacao powder, and dates in a food processor. Blend until the mixture begins to hold together, adding water if needed for a soft, slightly sticky texture.
  2. Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls.
  3. Coat each ball by rolling in PurQ 100% Plum Powder.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour until firm.
  5. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
