Ingredients:
- 1 small beetroot, peeled and diced
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- ½ cup raw cashews
- 20 g PurQ Queen Garnet Plum Powder
- ½ cup coconut oil, melted
- 11 fresh Medjool dates, pitted
- ½ tsp vanilla bean paste
- 25 g raw cacao powder
- 100 g white chocolate, melted
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Method:
- Line a small tin with baking paper.
- Place beetroot, coconut, cashews, PurQ Plum Powder, and cacao powder in a food processor. Blend until it resembles fine crumbs.
- Add dates, vanilla, and melted coconut oil. Blend again until the mixture comes together.
