Recipe Overview

A simple, layered dessert that balances rich cream with the deep fruit flavour of PurQ 100% Plum Powder and nectar. Perfect for afternoon tea or a no-fuss dinner party finish.

Ingredients: 

  • 600 ml double-thick cream
  • 1 bottle PurQ Plum Nectar (available from 2026)
  • 2 fresh Queen Garnet plums, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp PurQ 100% Plum Powder
  • 8 shortbread biscuits, crumbled

Method:

  1. In serving glasses or jars, layer cream, a splash of PurQ Plum Nectar, crumbled shortbread, and sliced plums.
  2. Repeat layers until the glass is filled.
  3. Finish with a sprinkle of PurQ 100% Plum Powder.
  4. Serve immediately.
