Ingredients:
- 600 ml double-thick cream
- 1 bottle PurQ Plum Nectar (available from 2026)
- 2 fresh Queen Garnet plums, finely sliced
- 2 tbsp PurQ 100% Plum Powder
- 8 shortbread biscuits, crumbled
Method:
- In serving glasses or jars, layer cream, a splash of PurQ Plum Nectar, crumbled shortbread, and sliced plums.
- Repeat layers until the glass is filled.
- Finish with a sprinkle of PurQ 100% Plum Powder.
- Serve immediately.
