Ingredients
- ½ cup coconut yoghurt
- ½ cup granola
- ½ cup strawberries (or fresh Queen Garnet plums when in season)
- ½ bottle PurQ Plum Nectar
- 1 tbsp shaved coconut
Method
- In a glass jar, layer coconut yoghurt, shaved coconut, strawberries or plums, PurQ Plum Nectar, and granola.
- Seal and refrigerate until ready to serve.
