Recipe Overview

A make-ahead breakfast jar with coconut yoghurt, fruit, granola, and a splash of PurQ Plum Nectar. Easy to prepare the night before for a grab-and-go option.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut yoghurt
  • ½ cup granola
  • ½ cup strawberries (or fresh Queen Garnet plums when in season)
  • ½ bottle PurQ Plum Nectar
  • 1 tbsp shaved coconut

Method

  1. In a glass jar, layer coconut yoghurt, shaved coconut, strawberries or plums, PurQ Plum Nectar, and granola.
  2. Seal and refrigerate until ready to serve.

The creamy yoghurt, crunchy granola, and fresh fruit create texture and balance, while PurQ Plum Nectar adds a distinctive flavour layer.

Tip

For extra protein, swap coconut yoghurt for Greek yoghurt.
