Recipe Overview

A quick, gluten-free muesli made with quinoa puffs, seeds, and cacao nibs, finished with yoghurt and fresh fruit. Simple, wholesome, and versatile.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup organic quinoa puffs
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 10 g PurQ 100% Plum Powder
  • ½ cup yoghurt of choice
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced

Optional additions

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or nut butter of choice

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine quinoa puffs, hemp seeds, chia seeds, cacao nibs, and PurQ 100% Plum Powder.
  2. Add yoghurt and sliced strawberries.
  3. Top with Probiotic & Prebiotic Powder if desired.
  4. Finish with a spoonful of nut butter for extra flavour.
