Ingredients

  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, soaked overnight then drained and rinsed
  • 1½ cups filtered water
  • 2 tbsp collagen powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 20 g PurQ 100% Plum Powder

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Serve cold, or warm gently on the stovetop for a comforting version.
