Ingredients
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, soaked overnight then drained and rinsed
- 1½ cups filtered water
- 2 tbsp collagen powder
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 20 g PurQ 100% Plum Powder
Method
- Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth and fully combined.
- Serve cold, or warm gently on the stovetop for a comforting version.
